Gemma Molera (Barcelona, 1964) is graduated in Fine Arts from the University of Barcelona and specialized in sculpture and printmaking. She worked between 1994 and 1998 in the lithography workshop Quadrat 9 in Barcelona, and after that, in her own workshop.

Her stay at the Pratt Fine Arts Center in Seattle between 1999 and 2002 was very important in the development of her style, characterized by simplicity and spontaneity of the brushwork.

Her work is made ​​with delicate aquatint rosin, gravure digital images and collages of found objects on the plate itself.
